Curso eminentemente práctico sobre el origen, elaboración y la Cata de Vinos, el Protocolo y el Maridaje, impartido y clasificado de acuerdo a los siguientes módulos y pautas: 

1. INTRODUCCIÓN - Metodología e instrumentos de la cata. - Fases de la cata: visual, olfativa y gustativa. Tacto y Oido

2. CATA PRÁCTICA. - Vinos blancos con y sin crianza (madera y lías) - Vinos rosados de autor - Vinos tintos con y sin crianza, y especiales - Vinos espumosos En este curso de cata de vinos, introducimos a los asistentes en el mundo de la cata, sentando las bases para aprender a diferenciar, valorar, entender y disfrutar de los vinos. Tras una introducción teórica sobre la metodología y fases de la cata, pasando por la composición del vino y su elaboración, basamos el contenido fundamentalmente en la cata práctica durante la cuál, con un método sencillo y didáctico, los asistentes aprenden a analizar, comprender y dominar las características y vocabulario de los distintos tipos de vinos, las variedades de uva y las distintas zonas vitícolas españolas, amén de las armonías y maridajes mas adecuados.

2. PRACTICAL TRYING. - white Wines with and without upbringing (wood and you tie) - author's pink Wines - stained Wines with and without upbringing, and special - frothy Wines In this course of trying wine, we introduce the assistants in the world of the trying, laying the foundations to learn to differ, to value, to deal and enjoy the wines. After a theoretical introduction on the methodology and phases of the trying, happening for the composition of the wine and his production, we base the content fundamentally in the practical trying during which, with a simple and didactic method, the assistants learn to analyze, to understand and dominate the characteristics and vocabulary of the different types of wines, the varieties of grape and the different wine-growing Spanish zones, amen of the armonías and unions mas suitable.
